Mandatory company information for the GreenGridLabs operating entities in Finland, Sweden and Germany. Provided in accordance with Finnish, Swedish and German law.
01
Scope of this Imprint
This website, greengridlabs.com, is the shared digital presence for all operating entities trading under the GreenGridLabs brand. It currently covers GreenGridLabs Finland Oy, GreenGridLabs Sweden AB and GreenGridLabs Germany GmbH, and will automatically extend to any further subsidiaries the group establishes under the same brand.
Because each operating entity is a separate legal person and each jurisdiction imposes its own mandatory disclosure requirements, this imprint lists every entity individually. Section 2 below contains the statutory information required under:
— Finnish Information Society Code (Laki sähköisen viestinnän palveluista, 917/2014) and the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act (Osakeyhtiölaki, 624/2006); — Swedish Act on Electronic Commerce (Lag om elektronisk handel, 2002:562) and the Swedish Companies Act (Aktiebolagslag, 2005:551); — German Telemedia Act (§ 5 Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz / former § 5 Telemediengesetz) and § 55 Interstate Broadcasting Treaty (RStV / MStV).

Consumers residing in the EU may also bring disputes before the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. GreenGridLabs is not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
